Lead Mechanical Engineer

Participate in the planning and coordination of mechanical maintenance and repair activities;
Oversee the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of plant and production equipment;
Participate in the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs;
Participate in the planning and coordination of repair, overhaul, equipment upgrade, and modernization activities;
Monitor and analyze the technical condition, performance, and maintenance KPIs of mechanical equipment;
Investigate equipment failures, participate in root cause analysis, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions;
Support the development and implementation of maintenance plans and work schedules;
Coordinate the execution of maintenance activities and monitor their implementation;
Identify requirements for spare parts, materials, and other technical resources and coordinate their provision;
Support the preparation of the maintenance budget and monitoring of expenditures;
Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and equipment manuals;
Prepare technical reports related to mechanical equipment and maintenance activities;
Ensure that maintenance and repair activities are carried out in compliance with company standards and occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements;
Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve technical issues and improve equipment performance;

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field;
Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, maintenance, or equipment reliability;
Experience in the maintenance, repair, and operation of industrial equipment;
Good technical knowledge of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems;
Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance principles;
Experience in failure investigation, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting;
Experience in maintenance planning and work scheduling;
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and equipment manuals;
Knowledge of occupational health, industrial safety, and environmental standards;
Ability to prepare technical reports and maintain proper documentation;
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
Ability to work with ERP systems;
Candidates from nearby regions are preferred;
Proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
