Senior Mechanical Engineer

Plan and ensure the execution of mechanical maintenance and repair activities;
Ensure the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of plant and production equipment;
Participate in the development and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs;
Coordinate repair, overhaul, equipment upgrade, and modernization activities;
Monitor and analyze the technical condition, performance, and maintenance KPIs of mechanical equipment;
Investigate equipment failures, conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), and ensure the implementation of corrective actions;
Ensure the development of maintenance plans and work schedules;
Identify requirements for spare parts and materials and ensure their efficient management;
Support the preparation of the maintenance budget and cost control;
Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and equipment manuals;
Prepare technical reports related to mechanical equipment and maintenance activities;
Ensure that maintenance and repair activities are carried out in compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards;

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field;
Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, maintenance, or equipment reliability;
Extensive experience in the maintenance, repair, and operation of industrial equipment;
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems;
Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance principles;
Strong troubleshooting, failure investigation, and root cause analysis skills;
Experience in maintenance planning and work scheduling;
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation;
Ability to prepare technical reports and maintain proper documentation;
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
Ability to work with ERP systems;
Candidates from nearby regions are preferred;
Proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
