Job Responsibilities:

Calculate employees’ salaries and salary-related allowances in accordance with applicable legislation;

Calculate vacation pay, sick leave payments, social benefits, salaries during business trips, and other payroll components;

Ensure accurate payroll calculations for employees working under multi-shift schedules and working time arrangements with summarized working time accounting;
-
Process business trip payments, manage travel advances, prepare relevant reports, and ensure proper documentation;
-
Calculate and process final settlements upon termination of employment;
-
Calculate and process mandatory statutory deductions from employees’ salaries in accordance with applicable legislation;
-
Calculate and process deductions for alimony, loans, debts, and other amounts subject to deduction based on court decisions, and ensure their payment to the relevant parties;
-
Prepare and submit the Unified Tax Declaration, as well as other required tax and statistical reports;
-
Provide employees, upon request, with information regarding their payroll calculations and, where necessary, prepare explanations or salary-related certificates;
-
Participate in investigating complex payroll-related matters, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with labor legislation, as well as provide recommendations where necessary;

Monitor changes in payroll regulations, tax requirements, and labor legislation and participate in ensuring compliance with such changes;

Ensure the preparation of required payroll reports.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
-
Minimum 2 years of work experience in payroll or a similar field;
-
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and tax requirements;
-
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
-
Experience working with ERP systems, particularly 1C, is an advantage;
-
Strong mathematical and analytical skills;
-
Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
-
Willingness to travel on business trips when required;
-
Knowledge of English is desirable.
Working Conditions and Terms:

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
